Woman’s Club Market: a Small Business Saturday Music and Vendor Fair

November 30th, 10am-3pm

By purchasing a table rental, you are agreeing to the following rules:

1. Vendors are limited to displaying and selling exactly what they enter on their application.  Accepted vendors will be notified via email and then instructed on how to pay their invoice(s). 

2. Vendors may set up on Saturday(11/30) morning at 8am, or from 4pm-7pm Friday(11/29) evening. The building will be locked overnight, however, WWC is not responsible for any vendor's merchandise. 

3. Space: This is an indoor event. 

a. Space reservations are by table only. Vendors may reserve one FULL eight foot table($35 + processing fee), tables are provided. Vendors are not permitted to expand their space beyond the limits of their set up. 

4. Prohibited Items: Due to the family nature of this event, vendors understand that they may not sell any items related to alcohol, tobacco, any other "contraband products" or weapons. 

5. Masks/COVID: Due to the indoor nature of these events, vendors understand that mask wearing is not required unless directed by the health department regardless of vaccination status.

a. Should the board of health discourage or ban the congregation of people indoors prior to the event, all deposits will be refunded to each vendor. 

6. Deposits: Unless determined by WWC’s board to cancel the event or as indicated in 5.a. above, deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE (to another person). 

7. Parking: Limited parking is available ONLY for loading/unloading on Holland Ave. During the event please use municipal parking. Overflow parking is available at First Congregational Church, 28 Broad St. 

8. Information: It is each vendor's responsibility to stay up to date on event details and updates. If possible, we strongly encourage joining our Facebook group (the link will be emailed to you). 

9. By signing up for this event, vendors understand that they must adhere to the above rules. Not doing so may result in loss of your vendor deposit, an inability to participate in future events, and up to and including removal on the day of the event. This determination will be made collectively from the WWC team.
